We started the day meeting at church at 2:15 A.M. We then loaded the bus at 2:30 A.M. and headed off to O’Hare.
When we got to O’Hare, Pastor Darrin had the time down a little to perfect, we got there and we were on the plane very quickly. When we got to Miami we had just enough time to grab a quick lunch and board our plane.
Both of the flights went good also. When we arrived in Dominican, it also went smoothly. There was a Mission of Hope. person there waiting for us and we took a bus to their beach campus.
We then had time to meet all the Mission of Hope. interns along with having an orientation meeting for the week. We had spaghetti tonight for our meal. All in all, the day went very good.
Tomorrow we start our work projects.
